General question: Results related to the intended outcome 2014Question: Summarise results related to the intended outcome (this information will be sent to Open Aid)Answer: OAG endeavored to invest on ICT by building on both institutional capacity in terms of Infrastructure and personnel. Efforts were made towards equipping all auditors with both IT and auditing methodology skills, i.a. with the Swedish contribution. The project also focused on Change management. The development of a human resource policy, with the aim to support attitude culture and behavioral change within OAG, was developed. The project contributed to an enhanched quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the work of the OAG although a lot of work remains to be done for OAG to attain its aspirations. The project took substantially longer to implement than what was initially expected.
