Overview
The Joint Programme on Eliminating FGM is implemented jointly by UNFPA och UNICEF in 16 countires in Africa. The vision of the Joint Programme in Phase III is to contribute to the elimination of FGM by 2030, in line with Target 5.3 of the SDGs, which calls for the elimination of harmful practices.
