Overview
The Coalition Against Rampant Corruption (CARC II) programme seeks to continue with the overall objective adopted in the first CARC programme (2015-2018), that is contribute to the reduction of corruption. CARC II is continued support with refinements to TI Z's approach and methodologies from previous support. The programme will be implemented in 3 regions that is; Harare, Bulawayo and Mutare.
