The objectives of the intervention are the following: 1) Readers and stakeholders in Turkey continue to receive accurate and rights-oriented news from Bianet and are thus able to mobilize for rights, democracy and the rule of law 2) Journalists who adhere to universal values (including new forms of journalism) engage in rights oriented journalism 3) Evidence based work of advocates for freedom of expression and a conducive environment for the press strengthened 4) Civil society, academia and independent press (local, national, regional and international) are restoring their ties in the forefront of the struggle for rights through rights journalism 5) IPS more resilient, more participatory, more sustainable
