Result
Overall goal Enhanced economic adaptation, protection and recovery of conflict-affected populationsand other vulnerable community members, through an inclusive, innovative, gender- and conflict-sensitive, and climate-smart systems development approach. Objectives/Outcomes Through inclusive, market-based solutions, the programme is expected to influence systems change to enable the following: Outcome 1: Conflict-affected communities have resilient livelihoods through improved productivity and production of targeted crops and livestock value chains, climate-smart systems and access to income-generating opportunities (self and wage work) through strengthening Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through appropriate Business Development Services. Outcome 2: Conflict-affected communities and MSMEs use a range of appropriate and affordable financial products, climate smart technologies, instruments to create and enhance livelihood opportunities through strengthened financial service providers' capacities as well as support to the target communities to have the required financial literacy and capability to utilise financial services. Outcome 3: Vulnerable conflict-affected communities have improved capacity to mitigate and reduce protection risks through access to justice, community support mechanisms, and psychosocial support, including access to early recovery support protection capacity enhancement support across the displacement cycle.
