Overview
NIR, together with the Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI) and the Centro Vincular of the Catholic University of Valparaíso (CV-PUCV) will collaborate in a consortium for the implementation. The project is based on experience, existing networks and complementary competences of these three partners.
