Result
The program PARJ produced good result in improving access to justice for the congolese people. In 2016 official activity plan ended but few rehabilitationof Luzumu Prison continued to be implimented in Kongo Central by the contractors and with reduced staff taken care by the program. Throught the duration of PARJ, morethan 14 mobile courts was supported to facilitate access to the Courts to people who lives far from the city where HQ of the Courts is located. A total of 340 persons (magistrates, judges, judicial and penitentiary personal) has been benefited in the training and reinforced in their capacity to deliver adequate justice services to requester of justice. 2 tribunals and 1 National Institut for judicial training are under construction; the completion is expected to the end in 2019.
