Result
Results (related to the Swedish financed componet on water resources management): 1. Two River Basin Management Plans (RBMPs) have been drafted and were later approved. 2. A first version of the water cadaster (information system) has been developed. 3. A national Integrated Water Resources Management Strategy (IWRM strategy) was developed and approved by the government.
(i) establish the strategic framework to manage water resources at the national level and at thelevel of the Drin-Buna and Semani River basins and (ii) improving, in a sustainable manner, the performance of Selected Irrigation Systems.
