Resultat
As mentioned, the final objective of the intervention was to improve men and women's socioeconomic empowerment of at least 80 percent of 2 100 productive units while also working with them in the opening of competitive markets for their production to be sold. The final evaluation certified that the above percentage was accomplished. The same is valid when assessing improvements in the producers's income generation: The income average of Bs2.634/month in 2016 improved to Bs3.152/month in 2022. Obviously, results are different among regions. As to other foreseen targets: * At least 12 products with added value are produced according to market demand. Result: 22 products with added value are being produced according to market demand. * 40% of the selected products have improved volumes of production Result: the target has been accomplished as per the increases in production in the selected products, according to FAUTAPO's monitoring system. A more detailed information can be seen in the 2022 monitoring report. * 60% of the selected products have obtained SENASAG certfications Result: the target has not been fully accomplished. Although the selected products applied to have SENASAG certifications, only a few products achieved such certification, mostly those being produced in the Cintis region of Tarija and Chuquisaca. The reason behind this low achievement is due to the excessive and inefficient bureauocracy in the public institution SENASAG, in charge to provide such. However, as the paperwork for all the postulants producers has been initiated, it is expected that the certifications will eventually conclude satisfactorily in the near future.
