Since the past Project Steering Committee (PSC) held in May 2023 between Sida and BSI-NIRAS-IBNORCA, a large number of activities in each component were developed, especially in the areas of environment and diversity, gender and inclusion. IBNORCA has signed new collaboration agreements with other National Standards Bodies (NSBs) for the upcoming years and updated on-going agreements. The support given to Ibnorca related with standardization matters, has contributed in a positive way to improve the participation of interested parties in technical committees and the participation of Ibnorca in international committees, which Ibnorca aims to expand. Creating a network with Bolivian universities and raising awareness of the importance of standards was one of Ibnorca's priorities from the begining of the second phase of the project. This educational program was very well received by the universities. By November 2023, 526 teachers were trained, 32 IBNOTECAS were installed, there were over 3,767 visualisations of standards, and over 1,000 standards were used by universities. One of the most important results, was the development and implementation of Ibnorca's Communication and Marketing Strategy
