Some examples on results; Outcome 1: Increased involved fatherhood attitudes and behaviors in the targeted communities ACEV reached 1170 fathers through their Father Support Program in 2023 in 16 cities in Turkiye. ACEV also have trainings for Father Support Program trainers. The training is 12 days long, face to face training where volunteer trainers are provided with theoretical and practical knowledge and skills, materials and in-class experience necessary to implement the Father Support Program. In 2023, ACEV held one training of trainer session. 54 trainer candidates participated in the session. The vast majority of the participant profile was; preschool teacher, guidance counselor and primary school teacher. In addition to previous years, a Child Protection session was held on one day of the training, considering that natural disasters or unexpected major social events make children more vulnerable to neglect and abuse and increase the risk of early and forced marriages. Zehra Tosun, an expert from UNFPA, participated in the training and informed the participants on the impact of early and forced marriages on children's lives, the rates of marriages, and showed the video of one of UNFPA's best practices in Nevehir. Outcome 2: Enhanced supportive environment for involved fatherhood AÇEV carries out campaigns to draw attention to the importance of involved fatherhood and to raise awareness in society about involved fatherhood attitudes. Through the campaigns, it is aimed to contribute to changing the current perception of fatherhood in society towards involved fatherhood. AÇEV, have had community seminars on two different themes. One is the Child Forced Marriages seminar, which targets fathers because they have a say in decision-making due to social norms and culture, and explains why it is important to prevent early and forced marriages at a young age, the harms and consequences of these marriages to children. The other is for all key actors in the child's environment (teacher, social service workers, parents, public officials, etc). It aims to explain the importance of a supportive environment for the development of children. Right after the earthquake ACEV focused on community seminars that underline the topic of CFM.

The project aims to contribute to equal division of labor in childcare and domestic chores through creating an enabling environment for involved fatherhood. Changing fathers attitudes and behaviors as well as creating a supportive environment for involved fatherhood are deemed necessary to progress for the fulfillment of this goal. Accordingly, the following outcomes are set to achieve throughout the project: Outcome 1: Increased involved fatherhood attitudes and behaviors in the targeted communities Outcome 2: Enhanced supportive environment for involved fatherhood In order to increase involved fatherhood attitudes and behaviors in the targeted communities, it is planned to realize activities not only for the implementation of the Father Support Program but also for the dissemination and sustainability of the results on the beneficiaries. On the other hand, the graduate fathers as well as the community they live in aims to be transformed through capacity building and awareness raising activities so as to create a supportive environment.
